Typically I see response times within 7 working days with ASRock Tech Support.
I doubt you will receive a response over the weekend.

You should have received an automated confirmation email when you submitted your
request. If not, your request didn't go through. You should check your spam folder
too, for some reason a lot of ASRock's emails go to the spam folder. So, if you
did not receive a confirmation email then you should try submitting the ticket
again.

Feel free to reply here if your ticket is taking a long time to get answered and
I will see what I can do to follow up with my contacts at ASRock.

How long is normal to have to wait for ASRock support to reply to an RMA request£ I put in separate support requests to both ASRock and AMD Tuesday afternoon (9/22) to have them replace my mobo and CPU respectively. In this time I was already contacted by AMD and I've sent my CPU in, they have acknowledged receipt of my CPU and confirmed that a replacement is on its way, but ASRock hasn't even sent a non-automated reply to the creation of my support ticket yet.

I tried calling a support number I found online (could not find one on their site directly) and pressing 0 for operator just claimed the VM mailbox was full and hung up on me.

Wow, that was quick on your part, thanks Xaltar, I'll follow up next week here.

Calling is usually the best way to speed things along but yes, the VM box can fill
up, particularly close to the weekend. It's worth trying again next week.

Good luck and let me know how it goes.
