I have a stability problem and no idea if relates to my devices.
Under heavy load, the system shuts down.
No matter 3dmark or playing games get the same behavior.
Is it possible a defect of the motherboard?
I am using AB350 gaming-ITX/ac, RX570 card and a 970 evo m2 under wi10.

Thanks in advance.

The key component to examine when a system shuts down under load is always the PSU. If your PSU is too weak for the system it will shut the system down to protect it. What PSU are you using? Based on the fact that you are running an ITX board (and probably a small case and SFF PSU) I suspect your PSU may not be adequate. You also did not list the CPU you are using.

Dear Atheist,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS.(Page 28)
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Fatal1ty%20AB350%20Gaming-ITXac.pdf

2. Please download and re-install all drivers from the following link.
http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20AB350%20Gaming-ITXac/index.asp#Download
(Note: Please remove previous drivers first.)

3. Please only install one stick memory to each memory slot for checking.
Also try another memory with the same step.

4. Please check if CPU temperature is in normal range under loading.

5. If possible, please boot into another HDD with clean OS to verify.

6. If possible, please install another CPU and memory to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Xaltar is correct to suspect the PSU.

Most all raw shutdowns are PSU related.

Most likely wardog and xaltar are right. That would be my first thought too.

It could be however related to thermal protection trip of the CPU (bad cooler mounting, bad case airflow, etc.) It could be also an OVP/OCP or maybe another thermal protection mechanism. Does this mobo have some sort of VRM thermal trip or something similar?
