Even if such a 'fix' is released you should expect a significant performance impact. Another option is to disable HT, which brought Macs' performance down 40%. Basically, it's lose-lose situation. Or camp 'Red' can always have you too, you know? |

There have been a lot of BIOS updates to the Asrock 300 series motherboards in the last month and am sure there will be more for older boards like yours in the next few months.
