Precision Boost Override(PBO), does not seem to be activated by the settings in the BIOS.
AMD Ryzen Master -> Current indicates that it is off, after setting it as fnordie stated in XFR2 and PBO XFR2 and PBO
XFR is under Advanced -> CPU Configuration
PBO under Advanced -> AMD CBS -> NBIO -> "XFR Enhancement" -> Precision boost overdrive (its funny wor the PBO is called XFR, dont get confused)
As many have stated, this is very frustrating for a top of the line MB, is there clearer documentation out there?

The PBO/XFR setting does not do much after BIOS version 3.xx.

I read that withe the new bios versions wich have a BETA Agesa version pbo is broken or missing. P state oc is also gone with the new version.
The bios should be released as Beta...

Glad I sat tight on 1.62 with my 2700x. No plans for Ryzen3 any time soon.

Thanks for the responses guys,
First, the E-Mail feature is not working, missed the comments.
Had the 2.0 BIOS, that abomination, just noted that the 3.1 went up.
This has fixed the PBO option and my RAM issues.
AsRock took over a year to provide the most basic of features?

thats strange 2.0 is the best version for me as it was the first bios that lets me do 3466 @ 14 coming from 3333
and yes pbo/xfr works perfectly on that unlike 3.1 which only works on stock 100

I've had such poor luck, I guess my ambitions are low.
HWinfo shows up to 4148Mhz and I'm running my 3600 Ram at 3333. The GSkill Ram wasn't certified for Ryzen.
The support from ASRock seems to be diminishing from its already low level.
Might have to try something other than 100.

why CL and volts are you pushing at 3333 i have to give ram 1.375 @ cl 14 & for 3466 its a good 1.40
mine arent ryzen ready and you are better trying to tighten the timings on whatever speed you can get its way better than 3600 @ 16
