12V RGB Header - Memorize Colors?

I have a B450 Pro4 and decided to look for RGB LED strips. I know when I set the color for the addressable RGB header it will save the colors on the motherboard so I won't need use software to enable when I restart the computer. Does it also keep memorize the regular and AMD 12V RGB header? It looks it has something in BIOS but I wasn't sure if it also did the exact same for the 12V header

I just wanted to find out before I decide which brand I go with.
