Can I update bios on AB350 pro4 without post?

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 and a AB350 pro4 but can't get to bios due to constant restarting.

Can I download to a usb or something please help

Hi

On the BIOS download page for you motherboard if you click on the Instant Flash link beside the version of BIOS it will guide you thought the procedure for installing from USB.
