I have tried everything I know. More the once reinstall, one ram stick, even a new CPU, and ram.
What have in my PC now
taichi z370
I7-8700
Corsair 3200mhz (2x8)
Corsair RM850
Corsair h100i
2x 7800 series GPUs
SSD and harddrive
I need help. Ask any questions.

Is the ram on the QVL? check the ram with mentest? Cmos settings at default?

Regarding your case, debug code 55 usually means memory problem.
Please only install one stick memory at each memory slot to try.
*When using two DIMM, please connect to A2, B2 slots.
All the memory modules on the memory support list have been tested and can works properly.
We suggest choosing the memory from the support list.

Comes to find out that I don't have the right ram. I'm have the model type.
I need one CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 or CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16
I have this model CMK16GX4M2C3200C16
