I have no audio sound from my X470 Master SLI.
Realtek audio cannot be seen in device manage win10.
Yesterday the audio was working fine, suddenly broken?
Maybe something faulty with the motherboard.
Please help me.

Dear Thanos-Averroes,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key to verify.

2. Unplug the sound devices and reinstall it. Please test with front and rear audio jack by turns to verify.

3. Right click Realtek High Definition Audio Device to uninstall and also delete all the drivers from Device Manager. In Control Panel > Program, ensure all the audio driver has been removed and then restart the system.

Then reinstall the audio driver from link below:
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X470%20Master%20SLI/index.asp#Download

4. If possible, please reinstall OS and driver to verify.

5. If possible, install another system disk to verify the OS environment.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
