What I'm wanting to do is have a primary Monitor display from the RX 570 and a secondary monitor display from the onboard graphics of the 2400G (vega 11). I did this years ago with a A10-7850K.
So I am on BIOS v5.1 and have CPU GFX set to AUTO.
I installed AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:19.10.08_19H1_WHQL but windows is not detecting the Vega output for the 2nd monitor.
what am I doing wrong here? Do I need to download the specific display driver for 2400G from AMD support?

UPDATE: so I went back into BIOS and set GFX to force on as it was on disabled after the last driver update.
When windows booted I checked hardware and it showed the Vega with a yellow triangle symbol on it like it did not have proper driver. I right clicked and asked windows to search for driver. after a few seconds the screen flickered and then the system BSOD with atikmdag.sys listed as having caused a problem.

You should wipe clean all AMD drivers. After you froced the iGPU in BIOS, your whole system needs the grphic drivers again.
Boot is safe mode, uninsall all AMD drivers, reboot.
Now you should be able to install the drivers anew and all should be fine.

which drivers? the allinone? the ones from AMD support for 2400G? the ones from amd support for RX 570?
how is wiping and starting over different than starting from scratch with a new widows install like I did? Windows sees my vega, but when I try to update driver for it I get BSOD. none of this makes much sense.
I think I'll try wiping drivers and taking the RX 570 out. install as if I just have the vega, then see if I can put the 570 back in.

UPDATE:
So I wiped the drivers with DDU in safe mode and removed the RX 570 from my system. I reinstalled all drivers with just the 2400G. system booted fine and display worked like normal. I then reinstalled the RX 570 and again forced enabled the iGPU but get the same SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD on boot. With iGPU to auto in BIOS windows does not detect it so I suspect it disables with the 570 present without being forced.
This is kind of ridiculous.

Just for giggles try setting the igpu as main instead.
