Did you try to get a newer version like described in the FAQ link in the driver section of your board?

It does not work like that. There are two different version of Realtek driver. High Definition Realtek Audio and Realtek Universal Audio driver. Only with universal driver you can get the console to work, however they have not provided such driver in motherboards page

Thank you, it is possible to use this method, however the intention of my thread is to learn whether asrock could provide updated drivers atleast a little bit more often, if you look at msi motherboards, most of them have up to date drivers

It's up to the discretion of the manufacturer of the board to provide new drivers. New drivers mean higher cost for the manufacturers, and that is why we rarely get newer versions as frequently as we want.

Out of curiosity, what kind of driver Win 10 1903 pushes for Realtek?

Yes, everything could be nicer with some more customer support for each product.

On the other hand, a lot of mainboards from different companies are using the same third party chips for different features (Audio, USB, WiFi, Network...). A standard implementation and driver entry point for the manufacturers and customers would be helpfull, but each manufacturer creates it's own driver package (with almost the same code) and documentation - what a waste of energy.
