I have a ASROCK 990FX Extreme9 based system. It has been working for years. When I turned it on this morning the boot stopped with a C5 code in the Dr Debug. It never gets to the BIOS screen. The manuals list of Dr Debug does not chow a C5 code. Does anyone have any idea what that code means or where I can find out?

I'm getting stuck in POST with the same code. This is not well documented, as I'm sure you've found out by now. From what I've read, this appears to be a memory issue. I'm going to try different ram configurations when I get home tonight, and I'll post how it goes.
