What do you mean by ethernet disconnects?

Soft or hard reboot will inevitably break L3 connectivity.

The small icon in the taskbar says ethernet cable is not connected after restart the pc.

when i turn out and turn in it works, but this is not a good solution.

I see.

What Windows version are you using?

Also, how exactly do you restart your PC?

If the BIOS offers this entry
BIOS: Advanced\AMD PBS\LAN Power Enable
set it to Enabled

Furthermore:
BIOS: Switch off "Suspend to RAM"

Under Windows, energy options, setting for shutdown: Disable fast boot (or restart)

(Sorry, i currently have german windows version)
