Has anyone noticed you cant go lower than 1.275v?

As above, I know my cpu is stable with an overclock and 1.2v. Id like to be able to go lower than 1.275 with p-states but every hex I try under returns '2c' as out of range and a default voltage.

I'm on bios 5.60 (think -the latest) do other bios's let you go lower?

Edit, this is with an ab350 pro 4
