Can you run another OS? (Like a linux bootable ISO). If you can, the problem can be a corrupted OS or a driver issue.
After the windows' logo appears it crashes into a Blue screen? Then (maybe) you have a "AMD adrenalin driver" issue. If you updated your display drivers recently or windows updated itself it can be that the problem. You'll need to install older drivers, or newer ones if it is a windows issue.
Start Windows on safe mode, download the DDU cleanup utility from AMD's site and an older (or newer) version of their drivers. Run the cleanup utility and then install the drivers again.

Dear Wolfiano,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.
Referring your question about crash, kindly verify the suggestions below:
1. Please install the All in one driver from the link below to verify. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/AMD/Allin1/Allin1(v17.40.3765_WHQL).zip 2. Please install memory module to different slots to verify. 3. Please change SATA cable and different SATA ports to verify. 4. Please clean install Windows 10 to verify. 5. If possible, please use different memory module to verify.
Thanks!
All the best, ASRock TSD
