Hi there!

I've a Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac (stock bios P1.20) with an i9-9900K(R0) and as i could see on supported cpu list, the i9-9900K(R0) is supported since the bios p4.00! I'd like to know if it could be the motive because i can't boot my pc? Or it should be fine to acess the bios, or at least the bios flash menu to update to the version P4.00!? The menu seems to be froozen, no keyboard respose! I don't have other processor to test if it would run! Anybody got a anwser? thanks

Dear Sp3cialck,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your question, i9-9900K(R0) can boot up with BIOS P1.20 and update BIOS to P4.00 by Instant flash.
*Note: i9-9900KF doesn't have iGPU, graphics card is required.

Thank you!
Yours truly,
ASRock TSD
