Hello
Today i installed this combo but it seems to draw 1,49 voltages constantly when im doing nothing ? what gives i think this is WAY to high i think. I dont have pbo on
also a tuning keeps crashing the sb chip gets realy hot while fan is at 6k rpm
i even put the videocard on the pci e 3 row
any idea or advice

One of my theories is that no voltage monitoring software can currently read the proper voltage levels.
1.5V should kill the CPU very fast, IF it is real.
Better drop ASRock TSD a ticket and check around the web for more info. See what other users with other brands are saying.

hmm seems its only at idle when you go cinebench it goes to 1,325 so thats under strain
still the motherbord chip is getting 73 degrees :/

my 2700X used to auto at 1.5V in the first few bios revisions i'm not sure if it still does it because i'v been undervolting it since

For the 3000 Ryzens the AMD Ryzen Balanced Powerplan of the newest driver package should be used. The new version of AMD Ryzen Master and latest CPU-Z then should show correct idle voltages: https://twitter.com/Thracks/status/1149041704881795072
