Hi guys I am pretty new at this stuff so please go easy on me. I have just built a new machine Using a ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 MB With a Ryzen 7 3700X. Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 x2 8gb. 3200MHz;
It is all running well but I was doing some benchmarks and reallised my ram is running pretty slow.
I have set the bios to 3200 and loaded the profile but only running at what looks like 1599 MHZ going by CPU-Z. But I must admit I am not sure if I am reading it correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt

DDR 3200, 3200MT/s = 1600MHz. DDR stands for "Dual Data Rate", so the data-rate is 3200 when you run 1600MHz.
tldr: your speed is correct, it's running DDR4-3200.

Thank you so much. I?™m I was just miss understanding. Have I done the right thing by setting the bios manually. Or should I leave it on auto?

Leaving it on manual is fine. Maybe you could even bump it up to 3600Mhz?. I have a pair of 3600Mhz RAM that will easily go up to 4000Mhz.

...alternatively .. running slower speeds with tighter timings my net you better performance ..ie ... 3000mhz @ CAS 14 may result in better performance over 3200HZ @ CAS 16
