I have a small question on my X470 GAMING K4.
The RGB tool does not work. It just appears and disappears immediately.
I am using Win10 so there is no compatibility problem.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Kindly re-install the ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:1.0.51 utility.

2. Kindly un-install all of the RGB related software on the system.

3. Please clear CMOS to verify. (page 27)

4. If possible, kindly use another Windows 10 installation image and clean install the operating system.
