Hi,

I have just finished building an x399 Taichi based computer and it doesn't go pas booting.

[Config] :

- MB : x399 Taichi
- CPU : AMD Threadripper 1950X
- PSU : Corsair HX750i
- GPU : ASUS ROG STRIX 2070 OC
- RAM : Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15
- Storage : Samsung 970 Evo 250 GB M.2-2280

[Problem description]

The computer is trapped in a booting loop :
   1. LEDs turn on.
   2. All fans (CPU and chassis) start working.
   3. Dr. Debug goes through a series of numbers and stops prompting "10".
   4. Approx. 10 seconds with LEDs, fans, and dr. Debug prompting "10". No information on the display.
   5. The computer shuts down.
   6. A few seconds later: back to step 1.

[Things that I have tried to fix this issue]

A1. Dr. Debug code "10" looks like a memory issue.

   - Reseated the RAM.
   - Changed numbers of RAM sticks on the MB at testing time while respecting the Manual information for dual-channel position.
   - Bought new RAM sticks.
   - Reseated the CPU.
   - Took off the GPU, storages and left just 1 RAM stick + fans. I have tried this step with all 6 RAM sticks.

All of those things have been tried with a cleared CMOS step in between.

A2. Tried updating the BIOS to newer (or older) versions with a FAT-32 formatted USB stick, following the manual instruction :

   - The MB LED (and bios flashing LED) would blink 3 or 4 times, and turn into steady green signaling that the bios update couldn't proceed. (NB: I am using a mac to format the USB stick and unzip the bios files into it, maybe MAC hidden files such as ".Spotlight" are troubleshooting with the BIOS flashing process?)

I am feeling a bit lost right now since none of the solutions I have tried made any progress. Dr. Debug is still showing "10" and the computer keeps rebooting the exact same way after all those manipulations, so I would really appreciate your help.

Many thanks.
