Ryzen 2400G is a Raven Ridge APU.
The memory QVL (Raven Ridge) shows for PV48G340C6K (11E2) 2933MHz supported speed. Does it work by just loading XMP Profile and setting DRAM frequency to 2933MHz?
If yes, try the next step with 3000MHz.
You have to use 1,350v DRAM Voltage and for higher frequency maybe also a bit more.

For a higher frequency or RAM OC you have to learn how to do that.
In the most cases you have to change more settings instead of using the XMP profile only.
