I wouldn't worry alatariell, these are betas and ASRock is doing a great job getting these out to us. The Ultimate and any other missing boards are probably just not ready yet. I am sure we will see them soon.

I should also add, please guys, pay attention to the descriptions. These BIOS updates are not recommended for use with First and Second gen Ryzen CPUs. If it is in the description I would not ignore it.

Anyone know what the difference between this one and the 3.41 betas that were given by support except for the ABB combo version?

Guys, please let us know how does it fly? Is boot issue still taking place?

@Xaltar: absolutely right!
I checked it for the x470 Taichi motherboards. On the product support page the new bios is in the "normal" bios section and not in the "beta"section. But that doesnt mean that is the case for all the listed boards! Read the description carefully!
I am still waiting for my 3900x like many of us. Until the processor arrives I am sticking with the 2.00 bios version on my X470 Taichi Ultimate. Works like a dream so no need for a new bios just yet.

Well at first glance without much testing I seem to be stable at my rams xmp profile without doing anything besides just setting it. As in posted, windows loaded. Stuff works so far. No bsod on startup. Going to run some benchmarks, tests, and stuff. So far no known issues and resolving the ram compatibility issue I had. Will check back with an update after a few hours of PC use and tests.
This is on a X470 master SLI/ac with a 3900x

I have a b350 gaming mitx and my processor would not boost ( 3600x) past 4.25 unless I manually set it. Hoping this resolved that.

Waiting for X470 Taichi Ultimate firmware ( agesa 1.003 ABB ). Look odd the text about flash size and reduced support for other processors since X470 Taichi and Taichi Ultimate have 32MB ( 256Mbit chip ).

Couldn't figure out how to edit the old post, and I said I would post back after a while. So far everything has been great. Boot loop and settings reset on power loss or sleep are fixed or at least hasn't happened yet. While before it was 100% of the time. Games appear to be stable no crashing. Don't have any negatives yet. Not a sign of instability. Before wouldn't post with anything with ram above 3k. With varying issues above 2133. Now running stock XMP no issues and currently sitting stable without a hiccup.
So this latest bios update so far has knocked it out of the park.

I have 3.40 on my x470 Taichi with my 2700x so when I do buy a 3900x I have to keep this bios and flash to 3.60 it seems. Because "*ASRock do NOT recommend updating this BIOS if Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPU is being used on your system." So is v 3.60 100% stable? No issues and the RAM speed will stay for example at 3200MHZ with my XMP profile?

The reason they don't recommend is there is nothing in those updates for those older processors. Nothing for them except new issues that the 3000 series is getting. Basically what's happening is many people are updating on older chips and running into more issues with ram compatibility they didn't have before and stuff. Also they are cutting features from older chips on motherboards with less bios storage to fit the new 3000 stuff.
For your other question, can't speak for the taichi board, but on the master this latest bios fixed the xmp and stuff.

Ah ok KiF1rE, yeah I was not planning on updating the bios to 3.60 unless I drop in the 3900x if I can find one. Just want to be certain I will have no issues when I boot it up with RAM or anything else.

As usual ASRock isn't thinking about the top X470 mobo the X470 Taichi Ultimate. They'll probably get to us around Christmas time. Problem is every other X470 mobo. will stile be 2 or more uefi versions ahead of us, as usual.

Same question here... Why gets the X470 Taichi Ultimate BIOS updates so late? Its not the first time I see, that Asrock delivers the update relating to this board very very late... this doesn´t make any sense...

Hi Asrock, I have the same question. Have bought the most high end x470 taichi ultimate and heve not yet received the newest BIOS.
Is there any ETA?
