For some reason I can't access the bios, if I press the correct function key or delete I just end up with a blank screen or a screen with a single - . I have tried the bios flashback button and have tried updating to the most recent bios. DrDebug doesn't provide any insight, as it still shows a9. The board will post/ tell me to insert boot media (the priorities must be incorrect as I have two m.2 drives, one with windows from my previous PC (in slot one, so should be a higher priority) and one new/empty), the board also allows me to attempt to run linux off of a USB stick).
Any ideas would be appreciated.
P.s I've tried 4 vs 1 stick of ram (It is CL16 3200mhz) and I've tried reseating the GPU.

Mine did the same thing when I tried booting up with a secondary ssd drive..
I would remove the secondary drive until you get windows installed..
power it down completely, power supply off or unplugged, clear cmos and if you can get back into the bios just change the xmp setting and memory frequency just under the xmp setting and save/exit..

you'll likely have to do a reinstall of windows..

Does clearing cmos help? Is logo coming up fine before you try to access BIOS?
