I upgraded my bios to latest one... I know now, I shouldn't have done that. Is there anyway to downgrade my BIOS to 1.70? I lost Internet flash option in bios and Asrock Post screen doesn't show my sapphire logo anymore.

I really need help with this. Been searching around the net, but couldn't find nothing...
Am I really stuck with this new BIOS or is there some workaround that I could use?

I do not understand your problem.
Lost internet flash? -> Useless feature and even too dangerous
Lost sapphire logo? -> Just at boot time, so what is so important?
Any other, real problems?

But for your wish to downgrade the bios:

There is a way for a downgrade of the bios with the Asrock windows flash tool.
Watch this video (it is for another AM4 board, but just for understanding the procedure it doesn't matter):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybj3XkteX9k&feature=youtu.be

Without guarantee:
The flash tool can update/downgrade several boards and must be configured
- with changes in the ini file for your board and current bios version
- and with the bios image you want to downgrade

Folder structure:

\AfuWin
\ROM
\ROM\ASRock.ROM <- must be replaced with the destination bios image
ASROM.exe
ASROM.ini

Ini File:

[ROM]
Path=ROM
File=ASRock.ROM

[AB350M-HDV]
BiosVersion=P3.30

The tool, here for X470_Gaming K4:

Do you dare to proceed this adventure way?

If not, contact Asrock support or the user JZ (or _JZ) or here https://www.jzelectronic.de/jz2/index.php
