Has anyone with the x570 Taichi been tinkering with pbo/xfr and auto oc...
Are you seeing any differences in your boost clocks after making changes to pbo/xfr in the bios.. I've been messing with this until I'm blue in the face and I get no change whatsoever... My cpu temp tops out at 75c under load on air, could this be why I'm not seeing any improvement?

also I notice my vcore voltage stays around 1.48v if I'm sitting on my desktop, if not moving the mouse the voltage stays around 1.05v and if I move the mouse the voltage jumps to 1.485-1.5v...
Also the boost clocks still are not hitting where they are suppose to.. the bottom end is at 3.825, which is suppose to 3.9 and the top end I get is 4.475.. Latest bios, latest chipset drivers, Ryzen balanced powerplan or the ryzen performance power plan, they both act exactly the same..

75C is horrible to even to start considering boosting

75 is nothing. You're not loading it right.
Use Intel Burn Test or Prime95 small FFTs test and enjoy your 95 degrees Celsius.
Waiting for 1.0.0.4 when AMD will hopefully fix boosting and PBO.

im on 2700X doesn't go over 68C on small FFTs. 3800X should have lower temps but yeah i have set a negative cpu vcore offset thats around 1.238V max on hwinfo

3000 is WAY hotter. Idles around 60 (literally ~1 millisecond and 10-20% usage for a single thread to go from 40 to 60) and regularly runs at 80-90, even with fairly light "full load" such as CineBench or x264 and x265. With proper load, such as Burn Test or Prime95 it's 90+ even on water.

Evidently you dont own a ryzen3000 series.. These run a bit warmer compared to the 2000 series..
My temp is after 4 cinebench20 runs under load and its actually 70-71c... I dont run burndown tests as I just game with my rig so if I'm stable after several cinebench runs I'm good to go for gaming..
