Well, having almost as much trouble finding RAM as I did the CPU.
Do you guys think memory support will have more QV's in the following months?

That maybe will happen.

I suggest to look at the memory QVLs of comparable X570 boards from other vendors and to set the focus on RAM which can be found in all QVLs.

Well, kinda stuck on the X570M Pro4.
Has everything i want/need except memory that is actually in stock.
