Hello,

Having just purchased the X470 Fatal1ty Gaming K4.

I'm noticing a constant theme of disfunctionality in regards to the RGB control on AsRock boards. The board i'm using lights ups the board itself but doesn't "Sync" to much of nothing.

Much of what i've experenced has been disfunctionality with spotty support for components and the like.My HyperX RGB Ram & RGB Wrath Spire hardly sync up at all.And after they do,once tweaked or adjusted after. They tend to freeze up and become unresponsive to the users commands.

I just feel the software is limited and there isn't much "control" at all. Support for the software should be constantly updated with the on-going want for RGB Devices.

Also using the 3.50 Bios update , why wasn't there a "Solid" RGB LED option for users whom wish to have it a steady color rather than a modern disco?

As of late there has been no transparent mention of resolve or solution to the AsRock RGB Polychrome Sync Software for all AMD Ryzen desktop users.

When will we see any form of answers to address this topic? If so, will it come in the form of a bios/software update or what?

Coming from a Asus board to AsRock(as a first time customer) for the Ryzen platform, Please don't make me regret this purchase decision.

Fix these issue's. Word of mouth travels!

Sincerely,
AsRock Customer-Sn34k

A long story and you don't even tell us what software (program) you are using!
Have you found AsrPolychromeRGBSetup(v2.0.3).exe on the utility-cd?
Or downloaded a later version of that program in the Support section on the Asrock site?

I used the version on the OEM disc which was v1.0.57 & the updated version off the site in the support section , v2.0.23.
