Hello,
I'm planning to buy this board but I have some questions need to be confirmed: 1. If using two M2 nvme devices, are all SATA ports still usable? 2. Which M2 slot is directly connected to CPU?
Regards

Dear Hime,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.
Regarding your question, kindly refer to the following answers.
1. Yes, NVMe M.2 devices will not affect SATA ports. So all SATA ports will be usable. 2. First M.2 slot is connected to CPU.
Thanks!
All the best, ASRock TSD

Dont expect to hit the maximum boost frequencies, and you wont operate at your base frequency..
At least my 3800x does not operate at its base frequency of 3.9ghz, it will hit the max boost.. Memory is still an issue with the Asrock boards and dont let anyone tell you different. I dont know what Asrock does but their memory support just isnt up to par as other manufacturers.. I've own an Asrock x370 and now x570 board and both do not respond to memory like they should..
Choose your motherboard wisely.. You will likely have this system for several years to come, so dont cheap out on an x570 board..
Honestly wish I would have went with the x570 Gigabyte Aorus Master instead of the x570 Taichi.
The Gigabyte is just a faster board with a better bios.. Gigabyte has the boost algorithm nailed down or something. If you look at any benchmark database the Gigabyte Auros Master is at the top.

also, I'm using a Samsung evo plus nvme drive and my fast boot option does not work... Asrock is striking out with me and this Taichi.

also the Taichi bios is confusing, bios settings in two different places in the bios, such as pbo..
