X399M - BIOS 3.30, ThreadRiper 1900X, 2 - GIGABYTE AORUS M.2 2280 512GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4, NVMe 1.3 3D TLC ToshiBa BiCS3 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) GP-ASM2NE2512GTTDR Drives.

I use the instructions to set RAID and "Create Array" is always greyed out.
