Hi
I can t enable or desable bluetooth on my taichi x399
I found on this forum some help about this probleme but answers didn t fix for me.
I reseted my bios version to default
Then uninstall my intel bluetooth driver
And reinstal Intel Bluetooth driver ver:20.10.0.5 from
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X399%20Taichi/index.asp#Download
Reboot computer
But i still got nothing.
I mean when I go to bluetooth setting from start menu I don t have button to swith bluetooth on or off.
In windows 10 there a tools for repairing bluetooth but when i use it it say i don t have any bluetooth on my system.

I know everything worked good. But i was playing a video game I used a bluetooth game padand and for some reason during playing all my computer get freeze so i had to force hard reboot.
So i think this hard reboot broke my bluetooth and even my PS4 pad because i don t have bluetooth any more on my computer and when i try to use the PS4 game pad with usb i have got usb error the game pad is always not found.
I unistalled and reinstall the game pad and always got error.
I uninstall it and unplug it and don t plug it anymore but everytime i restart my computer i got usb device not found error even if i don t plug in the PS4 pad with anymore.
I hope i can find any help about this problem here thank you in advance.
