Hi, i recently updated BIOS from P1.0 to P1.50 and then to P3.10, but after flashing to P3.10 I cant boot to WIN10, that would be fine but Im stucked at black screen, so I cant even access BIOS, only way to access BIOS is to remove my M.2 SSD...I know that ( https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450M-HDV%20R4.0/index.asp#BIOS ) It says that I m not able to flash previous BIOSes but I need to try flashing it...
M.2 SSD is working, was tested in another PC Ultra M.2 slot on motherboard is working too, was tested with NVMe M.2 SSD and I booted to WIN10

Do not attempt to flash backwards, it could brick your system. Flash up to 3.20, that should resolve the M.2 issue. I am assuming you are using a first or second gen Ryzen CPU and avoided 3.20 because of the warning. You shouldn't have updated to 3.xx if you were not using a Ryzen 3000 CPU, we see this on the forums every time there is a new Ryzen launch, unstable/buggy early BIOS versions get flashed by people who don't need them.
If 3.20 does not fix your issue you will need to contact ASRock Tech Support: https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp
I suspect that 3.20 should sort you out though Never update your BIOS on AM4 when a new CPU lineup has just launched unless you are using one of those CPUs, it is always a recipe for disaster
