R7 1700
X370 Gaming X
32GB DDR4
GTX 1070
2x 256GB Adata SX8200pro + 1TB HDD
Win 10 Pro 1903 Build 18362.356

Fresh install windows will all basic driver (amd all in one, latest amd chipsets, latest realtek, latest nvidia)

The problem as title says, whenever GPU usage hits 100% when playing games it will cut off the audio. I took some video of it --> https://youtu.be/0z9GBjgUK6o

As for normal use like browsing the net, watching youtube, watching movie, etc works just fine.

Things that I observe that any apps that cause high gpu usage will cause the same things, like running userbenchmark (only at gpu test), 3dmark, unigine, etc.

Any idea where might be the cause, I'm more inclined its win 10 fault since the problem just appear recently.

Are you sure using the latest realtek audio driver?
And did you read that:
https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=469

The driver on the Asrock site seems to be a bit outdated, causing several problems for some users. This site can help maybe:
https://www.tenforums.com/sound-audio/135259-latest-realtek-hd-audio-driver-version-2-a.html

And this is for analyzing audio drops:
You can try to check with the LatencyMon:
