I see no difference in performance whatsoever. standard settings, only change is memory settings, running 32gb ddr4-3600 at 3733 and its good and stable, fclk is good at 1866..
How about your results?

to add.. Cinebench r20 multicore scores are down just a hair and single core is about the same..
The maximum boost seems to be better by about 25-50mhz.. When running cinebench it still settles at the same 4.2ghs on all cores but the score is just a little lower.. was getting like 5000 now getting 4950, I know it isnt much but you would think there would be an improvement instead of a regression..
I dont see why amd is settling with this, these cpus could be much better than what they are... It seems it always comes to software support with amd and they always drop the ball..

3900X.
CineBench R20 single is up to 518 from 505. Multi is up to 7230 from 7150.
As a side note, I have found out about CPPC being disabled by default on Taichi so I enabled it. I'm also disabling PBO (as much as that can be achieved, since it's currently quite broken on the board).
Seeing constant 4400 MHz in Borderlands 2, up from 4250.

what and where is the CPPC setting?
I was going to ask you if you had pbo enamled or disabled.. Have you tried pbo to see if its working yet?
Thanks.

Still testing on my X570 Taichi. So far, single core performance is up by a few points and multi core is down by a few. Hitting the rated clocks more frequently but it doesn't make much difference to anything. I will see what enabling CPPC does for me.

found the cppc setting.. advanced/amd cbs/nbio/smu common options..
and enabling did help, took me up to 5000 multicore, 515 single core.
Now they need to get pbo figured out..
