Hello guys,
Today I install my brand new 860 EVO on my B450M Pro4, but it didn?�t show in BIOS!!
Only general 3.5 inch HDD is working well. Re-plug is no help.
I'm not sure whether can be this issue. Please provide some advice, thanks!

Dear Anju84,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Because Samsung 860 EVO M.2 is a SATA type SSD, it only works on M2_2 slot; the M2_1 slot (the one close to the CPU socket) is designed for PCIE type M.2 SSD.

Please refer to the detail information from below link:

For your system, please install the M.2 device to another M.2 slot(M2_2) to check if it works.
