Hey, I've installed the latest LAN drivers. But my 399 pro gaming AQC-107 LAN adapter still no function in WIN10. Please Help me.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


For your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.

2. Under OS environment, please re-plug the LAN cable to AQUANTIA 10G LAN port to verify.

3. Under OS>Control Panel>Program, please uninstall the AQUANTIA 10G LAN driver and restart the system. After booting into OS again, please install the LAN driver below to verify:
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/All/LAN/Aquantia_LAN(v1.40.042).zip

4. Under OS>Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network Connections, please check if the AQUANTIA 10G LAN is there and also set as enabled.

5. Reinstall a clean Windows 10 OS and check if AQUANTIA 10G LAN works with inbox driver. If not, please install AQUANTIA 10G LAN driver to verify.

6. If possible, please install another SSD/HDD with clean OS to verify.
