Hello!
I have just assembled a pc with these specs:
Ryzen 3700x
32GB G.Skill 3200MHz
Nvidia RTX 2060
Motherboard Asrock X470 Gaming K4 with latest bios 3.50

All working perfectly...execpt I can't make to work Wake On Lan.
I have installed the latest Intel i211 network driver from their site 24.2 (but tried on the Asrock website too 23.5.2).
I have enabled the option in the BIOS:
-> Advanced / ACPI Configuration / PCIE Decices Power On

I have enabled the option in the driver advanced:
Active on Magic Packet -> Activated

in the Power Managment section of the driver I have all the 3 options flagged.

With a software called WOL - Magic Packet Sender
I have tried to put it in receive mode...and sent a magic packet to this MAC address...the card correctly receive them.
But if the machine is turned off it won't power on the system :-(

What can I do?

Such a lot WOL problems...

In my bios i also have:
Advanced\AMD PBS\LAN Power Enable

And check, that "Fast Start" option on windows 10 shutdown is disabled.

Furthermore, there are entries in the Asrock-FAQ:
