Dear All,
I am not able to install the 1060 video card. It just an exclamation mark in device manager (WIN10). The system does not recognize it, what could be the problem? help me please. I also try different 2400G but the symptom stills the same. Just weird??

For your question, we provide some suggestions for you to verify:

1. Kindly install the graphics driver from NVIDIA.
https://www.geforce.com/drivers

2. Please refer to page.25 in the following manual to clear CMOS.

3. If possible, please install another graphics card to verify.
