I have a B365 PRO4 and want the usb ports powered when computer off . Ideas

You cannot have USB power if the computer totally turns off, you can in sleep modes if you set advanced power savings to not turn off USB power.

With BIOS default setting, all the USB ports are powered when system shutdown.
