I am trying to use an external Samsung 2TB TB3 X5 hard drive with my ASROCK x570 ITX motherboard. When I upgrade the bios to either 1.6 or 1.7, the hard drive stops working. I have to downgrade to version 1.2.
"pci 0000:07:00.0: No bus number available for hot-added bridge" Essentially there isn't a bus available, but when I downgrade to bios 1.2 or earlier it works just fine.
I've had this issue since mid September, but haven't ever received a response from support except for the "we received your message response". I've submitted twice.
Does anyone else have an idea?
