Just a quick report in on the new 1.60 BIOS with the AQUA motherboard.
New BIOS: 1.60 released on 2019/11/15 (AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.4 Patch B). Original BIOS: 1.41
Flashed my ASRock X570 AQUA with 1.60 BIOS yesterday and: 1. Benchmarks are a few % better. a. Cinebench R20 score went up from 7204 to 7220. 2. CPU temperature is 5-7c cooler under load and at idle. 3. CPU clock was rarely hitting 4.2GHz before the update, now I see 4.5GHz often. 4. Memory latency has not improved, but I was not expecting it to. 5. Boot time has greatly improve. I have not timed it, but it's very noticeable.
With 1.60 BIOS: UserBenchmarks: Game 116%, Desk 169%, Work 159% CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X - 100.1% GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 - 110.4% SSD: Nvme Samsung SSD 970 2TB - 403.9% SSD: Edge NextGen SSD 2TB - 312.7% RAM: G.SKILL F4 DDR4 3600 C16 4x16GB - 126.2% MBD: Asrock X570 AQUA
With the 1.41 BIOS: UserBenchmarks: Game 113%, Desk 155%, Work 153% CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X - 95.4% GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 - 109.5% SSD: Nvme Samsung SSD 970 2TB - 375.7% RAM: G.SKILL F4 DDR4 3600 C16 4x16GB - 124.6% MBD: Asrock X570 AQUA

Awesome - did your tb3 ports work before the update? Mine did not, and they do now...46/999

Sadly, I do not have any TB3 devices to test... Did your ports not work till the update to 1.60?

They didn't work at all until the update - not just for TB3 devices, but even for c-type USB devices (note: the front panel usb-c port on my case - fed by the mb - worked fine)...
