To get the RAM stable, just selecting XMP profile is like a lottery. - Reduce frequency to the next step down - Or/And increase DRAM voltage a bit (but stay under 1.4V)
A good helper is the DRAM calculator and it's howtos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOqhyVNPhaM

Specs : AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF Corsair Vengance LPX CMK16GX4MB23200C16 16 gb 3200 mhz asrock b450m steel legend
When I load xmp file it wont boot for 3200 mhz but when i set on 2933 mhz which I want frequency its okay one evening and next day pc will freeze on the move of mouse and then I can't move mouse or type with keyboard then after I reset pc everything is okay till this happens again...
