Dear, I'm experiencing regular BSOD with my motherboard. Usually once a day or more. It happen when playing online games or watching video, sometimes even in idle status. Seems like there is many user face similar issue, is there anything I can do? BIOS default no OC, onboard 2400G APU, Win10 x64 Thanks. |

Dear JoishB, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question we have some suggestions for you to verify: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key. 2. Only install one stick memory, system disk to check if system can work stably. 3. As the OS data and SSD/HDD health will also impact the system stability. We would suggest re-install a clean OS or even install another SSD/HDD with clean OS to verify. 4. If possible, please install another memory or CPU to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

Replace another CPU from dealer and now the system is normal. Seems like the problem belongs to CPU itself. Thanks asrock
