General: An odd CL value is an indicator that this RAM probably is not qualified for Ryzen respectively the XMP profiles are designed for Intel. The even CL value is an indicator that this RAM probably is qualified for Ryzen respectively the XMP profiles are designed for AMD and Intel.
For G.Skill RAM, you can look to the QVL of the tested mainboards.

And you also can look to the memory QVLs of x570 mainboards from other vendors. If you can find your RAM there, it will probably also run on any other x570 board.
==>> F4-3600C16D-16GTZ should be fine, F4-3600C15D-16GTZ not.

That G.Skill F4-3600C16D-16GTZ should running fine, the RGB version of it is in the QVL
For me, I'm using Team Night Hawk DDR4-3200 (TF1D416G3200HC16CDC01) 2x8GB C16-18-18-38 on X570 Steel Legend. It's not in the QVL but running perfectly fine @3733 C16-19-19-36 ; 1.35V
