Hello, recently I get weird problem. My system AB350M Pro4 will shut down randomly, maybe 2 hour or just 30 minutes. Sometimes when playing games or even just idle in Win10. I notice that I only default bIOS and nothing change. How come?

According to your question, we provide some suggestions to verify:

1. Please check if the CPU temperature always runs in normal range.
2. Please only install one stick memory module.
3. Please use another power supply.
4. Please refer to user manual page 27 to clear CMOS.
