Is it possible to somehow turn off the USB power when my computer is turned off?

MB: z270 Fatality K6 (BIOS P2.30)

Regarding your question about turning off the USB power when the computer is off, kindly adjusting the following setting in the BIOS to allow the USB power to be cut when shut down.

BIOS\Advanced\Deep Sleep\Enabled in S4-S5
