Hello all, thanks in advance for reading and providing any feedback.

It's been about a decade since I've done a PC build, and things have changed just a tad in terms of chipsets, sockets, slots, etc. Trying to put together a brand new machine with the following components:
- Thermaltake V200TG mid-tower
- Gigabyte B700H PSU
- ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 MB
- AMD Ryzen 7 2700X CPU
- Asus TUF GeForce GTX 1650 Super 4GB
- G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB (2x8) 3000Mhz CL15
- WD Black SN750 NVMe 500GB

After assembly, I tested and got no boot, no post, no video signal from the graphics card. The video card shows a white status light when the machine is powered up. The CPU fan spins up, then spins back down after 1-2 seconds. Post Status Checker lights show red for CPU and DRAM.

I have DIMMs plugged into A2 and B2 slots. Video card plugged into the upper PCIe slot. I've tried re-seating the RAM, the video card, and various headers and power connectors.

Any clues or guidance what to try next? Thanks.

Solved. I'm an idiot.

Like I said, it's been a decade since I worked with any of this, so I didn't realize there was a separate 8-pin power header near the CPU. Once I plugged that in, the machine posted just fine.

Something like that can happen...
Have fun with the system!
