Subject: Windows 10 Installer does not recognize M2 SATA

Hi,
iam using a B450M Pro4 with a Ryzen 5 3600 and a wds500g2b0b M2 SATA. The Sata is in supported List of M2 Satas. Sata is in correct M2 Slot an identified by uefi.
All other drives are disconnected from Motherboard.
Played around with the csm switches but in every case the windows installer doesnt find the M2.
Any Ideas?
Regards Thomas

What a grazy problem world. Others do not see the drive in the bios but with the windows installer...
You can see the SSD in the bios under boot->Boot Option Priorities? Or just under Advanced\Storage Configuration M2_2 (SATA)?
And for completeness this should be set: Advanced\Storage Configuration SATA Controller(s): Enabled SATA Mode: AHCI
CSM should be off
If you already have these settings or if the problem still occures after applying:
What windows 10 version is on the USB stick? If it is an older one, create a new stick with the latest version.

Thanks for your Answer Ray62.
At least i figured it out and it was simple: The Win10 Installer on the Stick was broken.
After running out of ideas i put a normal sata ssd into the system and tried installing there. It was the same behaviour, no drives found by installer, but bios and diskpart (started on installer console) has shown all drives.
At this point i stopped trusting the usb stick. After re-writing the windows-iso file to the stick everything was fine.
