I just finished this PC, and no matter what, I can't get this X570M PRO4 to read both M.2's.

I have updated the bios, switched the drives around, but it will not read the drive under the heat sink. The LEDs on the drive are on, so it's getting power, but that's it... it's a no show under the available drives.

Any help would be great.

Please tell which M2 SSDs are used.
Just test with one SSD in both slots
and than with the other drive.
What are the four results?

Both are made by TeamGroup, one is 512gb and the other is 1tb. Both SATA III. Also, if it helps, I'm running the R5 3600 (non X).

I'll try running one drive at a time later.

Thanks for the reply.

Regarding the spec of the X570M PRO4:
M2_1 supports NVME PCIe drives only
M2_2 supports NVME PCIe and SATA III

So you cannot use M2_1 with your drives and you do not need to make all four tests i suggested.

Thanks for the help. I guess it helps to read the specs a little closer.
