Noticed that I have an I/O adapter hardware error showing up under device manager, it is for PCI bus 0, device 3, function 0 and is a Standard SATA AHCI Controller (IDE ATA/ATAPI controller)
Hardware ID's PCI\VEN_1095&DEV_0242&SUBSYS_4EE08197&REV_01 PCI\VEN_1095&DEV_0242&SUBSYS_4EE08197 PCI\VEN_1095&DEV_0242&CC_010601 PCI\VEN_1095&DEV_0242&CC_0106
Status 01802400 DN_HAS_PROBLEM DN_DISABLEABLE DN_NT_ENUMERATOR DN_NT_DRIVER
Problem status An I/O adapter hardware error has occurred. C00000C2
Any idea what the issue could be? Is it a known error for the MOBO?

Win10 64bit Build 19536.rs_prerelease.191211-1446
In Device Manager views by attachment, there is the following:
1. Nothing attached to the faulting controller, 2. On the Intel(R) 100 Series/C230 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller are a DVD,2xSSD's and a std disk drive 3. On one of the other Standard SATA AHCI Controllers there are two std hard drives 4. There is another Standard SATA AHCI Controller with nothing attached

You are running a preview release of Win 10 Dec 2019. If you have problems you need to check MS: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/all/rs-prerelease-build-19536-is-live-to-fast/da644608-c37b-4e7a-abdb-4e89a1c0ab61?page=1
Beta and pre-release versions of MS Windows are not supported in these forums.

You should have reported back when you first found it if it was under a standard Win10 release. The official Win 10 releases are listed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/ The one you are running is not RTM or retail. You can contact tech direct here: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=5265&title=howto-contact-tech-support
