New build with b450 gaming-itx, no post and black screen on HDMI

Simple Build using:
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G (built in video). support page says supported all BIOS versions
2 sticks of ADATA AX4U320038G16-DRS, supported memory,
for Hard drive had WD Black NVMe, then tried using Patriot SSD no luck

When I turn on power, the fan comes on, the LED lights for memory glow and change colors, but by monitor screen gets no input using HDMI.

I tried using just 1 memory stick (tried both at different times), in both memory slots, still black screen.

Noticed odd behavior that case power button stays lit, and pressing it will not reset or turn off computer. I have to turn it off by using switch on power supply.

Any ideas what to try?

Solved it, forgot to plug in 8 pin 12v ATX power on motherboard
