I put this together last night and can't get it to boot to bios.

The PSC (post status checker) bottom 2 lights come on, turn off, top 2 lights come on, turn off.

I have no idea what i'm doing wrong here. I've moved the ram around and ram into the A2 slot per the manual.

any help is appreciated greatly.
